When did Halloween become an excuse for more gibs?

I live in a nice White neighborhood, and every year for Halloween these teenaged yard apes show up from the city in their Zombie Trayvon costumes (hoodies and athletic pants) to grab handfuls of expensive candy that was clearly meant for the cute li'l Buzz Lightyears and Tinkerbells that live in my immediate vicinity.

Every year I swear up and down to Mrs. Retard that next year I am shutting off the porch light and spending the Halloween candy money on booze, but she knows these are empty threats, as the smile on the face of a single human child when they see I have the good candy (sour patch, gummi lifesavers, haribo bears) is worth all of the greedy, ungrateful, zero effort, way-too-old-to-be-doing-this-shit subhumans that (literally) darken my door.

I have more to say but I'm not going to put additional effort into a thread that will (deservedly) get me HAHAHOLEESHIT'd into oblivion. I just want to know if this shit happens to anybody else.

Mrs. Retard tries to point out that these animals being trucked in is a sign that our neighborhood is seen as "wealthy" and "safe" and even though she's right I still don't want them here.
i wouldn't either. niggers aside, driving to a neighborhood to trick or treat is fucking weird. it's supposed to be a local community thing.

I remember my mom not giving a highschool kid candy on Halloween one time. It was egregious though, he was like over 6' and just wearing regular clothes with a Scream mask. She made him lift the mask and he had a big wispy ginger pube beard. She was like "Maybe if you actually tried with your costume. That's just a mask."

I'll give whoever a piece of candy, I don't give a shit. I give older kids one piece and let little kids pick a few of what they want.

It's been at least 20 years, because Anthony talking about this is actually one of my first O&A memories, from 2004. It's actually quaint how reserved he's being about it:

I was thinking about this all evening Saturday, especially the part about the little White kids sweetly saying "thank you" and Ant's line about the "hoodied arm sleeve." I debated making this thread as a result but you guys have been incredibly gracious in entertaining Cartoon Retard's Annual Halloween Nigger Rant. Thanks.

The whole "the negro kids took all the candy out the bowl!" shit only happens to hermit-ass white folks who leave a bowl of candy on the porch. Make them ring the doorbell and hand them one piece of candy. As a (white) kid I'd never take the whole bowl but I'd always take a generous handful from an unsupervised bowl of Reece's.

You strike me as someone who screams at children a lot.

Good point. I actually do pass out the candy, but I mix all the varieties into a bowl and let the kids pick. I usually end up with about a dozen or more different kinds of candy.

The little White kids will look for a moment and excitedly take their favorite treat.

The Urban Youths will dig for several seconds as a line forms behind them and act disappointed regardless of what they take.

I know it sounds like I am exaggerating, but this is how it went down every time.

Have a separate nigger bowl with only candy corn and travel toothpastes.

I live in a gated condo so I've never got to experience being a candy hander-outer, but I always wanted to throw some cheap toys in with the candy. Something you can get on Temu, 150 shitty little plastic whatevers for $8. These black kids coming in from the city probably don't get a lot of new toys so some stupid dinosaur or pokemon would brighten their evening.

This is a good idea. I passed out baseball cards one year and the kids seemed to love it.

Why are you trick or treating at your own house?
