Breakfast at home: Fry two rashers of center-cut bacon, set aside. Thick slice of onion (red is my go-to) in the pan, when it starts to smell sweet I crack my egg on top. Start toasting pane Italiano when I flip the egg/onion. Light schmeer of mayo on one slice, butter on the other. Add a piece of pepper jack or havarti and a heaping helping of black pepper when assembling the sandwich, don't forget the bacon. ANYONE CAN DO IT!
Lunch from a deli: Pastrami on marble rye, Muenster, pepperoncini, pickles, tomato, onion, sprouts, light mayo, deli mustard, and a slice of canned cranberry sauce.
Dinner back at home: Bacon, onion and tomato on sourdough.

I'm sick and too afraid to visit a doctor, but I can tell it's something serious. It's all I think about now, especially since a coworker died a couple weeks ago. He wasn't much older than me and was the only person I would speak too at work who I didn't dislike.

Sharp pain in my balls, sharp pain in my butthole, no real appetite, constantly tired.
I'm certain the pain in my balls is from a kidney stone that I discovered last year, but still haven't passed. The bill I got for them diagnosing it was over $3000 with insurance. That's not including the price to have it removed.
Not good.
