A good BLT is hard to beat
When I make BLTs I use carmelized onion aioli instead of mayo. Highly recommend.

I recently bought a meat slicer so I've been smoking meats for slicing. Get an eye of round, coat it in traeger prime rib rub and smoke it roast it to medium rare. After it cools, slice it and pile it up on a brioche with mustard and Swiss cheese. It's heaven.

Or sub in some smoked pastrami

My wife made mayonnaise yesterday. It's one of the few foods she doesn't like, but she makes it really well. A good sandwich is a few things done well put together. I started this thread literally because I made myself a nice BLT for lunch today and then had to tell everyone about it like a faggot

I used to work by a deli that was overpriced but made a great sandwich. My go-to was (from bottom to top) a half inch of roast beef, a half inch of turkey, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and Russian salad dressing (think Thousand Island but better). The bread was perfect and you'd taste the roast beef and turkey with every bite, I've tried to recreate it at home but there's always something off.

She's just sick and a little traumatized from finding mayonnaise stains all over your pants, the lower part of your shirt, around the collar, on the small of your back, matted in your hair, and on both wrists after you come home from the gym.
