The WWI Museum here in KC is a pretty great stop on what could be an otherwise boring Midwest trip. As good a museum as any in the country.I actually had to look up if tanks like that ever existed. That is the most terrifying scene in a war movie ever. Those things were real too. In a time when there were almost no cars. It's an absolute horror.
Edit 1: world war 1 rarely gets the credit it deserves. It's like Terminator 1. You had to start somewhere.
