I don't really think anything is embarrassing if you're doing it for yourself. Like I don't get furries at all and I will laugh at them but I don't consider it embarrassing. What's embarrassing are the ones that pick up an identity because everyone else has it or because they're "supposed to", like Apple fanatics and others who supports brands no matter what, you know they don't give a shit about it deep down and when everyone around start changing their identities into some new thing, so will they. That and people who make politics their identity.
You going to just sit there and take that, @90% of this forum?Knowing Pop culture.
If you still admire and care about celebrities after the after of 25, you deserve to be executed.
Furries are more common today than ever, they just diversified and don't pollute the internet at large anymore. Tons of them on X, 4chan, art sites, etc. Before the mid-2000s it was all gay dudes fucking each other in mascot suits but now it's degenerates of all stripes (including women) doing lots of different things.I just realized the reason that furry culture doesn't exist anymore is because all the people who would've been attracted to it decide to troon out or become "non binary" instead.
I grew up around Brian setzer, the guy from the cars and a few others who didn’t get famous. Whenever they’d show up anywhere, church, school, little league etc they would be done up like they spent 2 hours getting dressed and doing their hair. You could smell the hair spray from outside the building. The rockabilly or whatever people. Like they can't just go to the store to pick up a gallon of milk without getting all done up and geling their hair.
Gamers, like it's more than just an entertainment form, it's your calling
No. Someone making being an accountant or a mechanic their identity is tragicThis is spot on, because past age 25, you're expected to identify with what you do for a living as your main thing.
This might be the worst one, especially after age 30. “If your dog bit me and I broke his neck, nobody would even ask questions, try that with a toddler”Pet parent.
