Oh my god, hell has frozen over. I AGREE WITH SUE!!! Halperin purposely worded it weirdly because thats what Nancy/Obama/Chuck WANT him to do. It's what we like to call a "trial balloon" to see what people's reaction is, not just Biden's reaction. They're basically trying to pull a palace coup and want to know if the electorate is dumb enough to play along.

They are *trying* to will it into existence. Biden isnt backing down that easily. This might all backfire because they've backed stubborn, egotistical Joe into a corner. And you never put Baby in a corner.
