They have a customer service link on the app and they usually give a refund within minutes. The shitty part is that they initially just give you a refund in Ubercash. They will refund the missing items, not the whole order.

In my experience they even refund partial tax and fees. (I got the wrong drink in an order this weekend and for a $3 soda as part of a lunch special I was refunded over $5.) It sounds like she came in like a cunt, the bot told her tough shit and now she’s chimping.
