He has a weird laughing tic he does whenever he talks about us, it's really obvious in the Strictly Stalking video. Like the same way you'd retell a story of a buddy doing something crazy - "and then Dave took the hot dog out of the urinal and bit into it!"

I think in his mind he thinks he's being charming, oh I've suffered so much that the only thing left to do is laugh at the absurdity of it all! Like all he ever wants to be is Jim Breuer talking about Pizza Guy. I'm in a ridiculous blood feud with some annoying obsessed neighbor, give me a platform to tell my side of the story with a bit of humor thrown in. Then alllllllll the citizens in his shitty Jersey town come up to Breuer and share their own Pizza Guy stories.

But yeah what dummy failed to realize - he was on a comedy radio show telling that story. When he had to show up to court and deal with Pizza Guy's shit, he didn't show up as Goat Boy or Half Baked stoner. He showed up unfunny, and Jim Breuer is very good at being unfunny. His "I don't close out bars" line was a minor hit on twitter, so he figured he might as well bring that one into the courtroom. Give the judge a little taste of the Stealthy Geek and how well he firebrands.
