The joke is all the prep he did for the hearing. He thought the existence of police statements by drunk patrons meant smooth sailing for him.
Is there any way for BDA to get the witness statements Pat referenced with personal info redacted and make them public? Sadly I don't think so, but would be fun to see if he got the ratfinks to lie about anything.

Him claiming to be a stand up shows how insane he is since he can’t even take the slightest joke at his expense. Comedians have to be able to laugh at themselves but Pat can’t handle ANYONE laughing at him to the point he will sue people for calling him a fat idiot. He couldn’t even pose on the right side next to that friend with the “HE LIKES IT IN THE ASS” shirt. Everyone else had no problem with the silly shirt pointing to them but not Pat. He would only take a picture on the side that wasn’t pointing at him.

I can't find it, but I saw a twitter thread, possibly posted here, that was about how urban liberals talk to people as if they are on sitcoms. The guy showed a clip of the Matt Walsh asking the tranny guy, "Are you a cat? How can you tell what a cat is?" and the xir replying, "Yeah, this was a mistake" in a snarky type of way.
That is a big part of Pat's personality, and there are so many like him.
