My quick and uninformed observation has been that the losing side typically speaks a lot more - Probably just because the burden of proof is on the plaintiff, which has been in Patrick’s camp.

I read all the filings and my honest opinion was that Jerry has presented watertight arguments, backed with case law - and shown how they relate to a specific subpoena for specific information in a short window of time, so there’s nothing to really argue against. It’s irrefutable.

I am however a retard. Also, this whole thing has shown to me that the legal system doesn’t operate on what the law says and adhering to it, it’s at the behest of a judges whims on any given day. IE Judge Ashley and his “the horses have bolted so the law doesn’t apply” bullshit.
