- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

I agree with this. He definitely wanted to prove to Ade that she made a mistake. He could have and should have taken at least a year long break from dating. He could have hit the gym hard and taken up a few hobbies that would not only get him in shape but also make him seem interesting. BJJ, Muay Thai, boxing, fuck even rock climbing, mountain biking, skiing, etc. He could have gotten a real job or, if he was so determined to be a writer, took writing courses to improve his work. Maybe after a year or two of work on himself and finding himself, he would have been able to pull someone equal to or maybe even better than Ade.
Instead, he fucked and married the first girl who would have him and spent the ensuing years getting fatter and less successful. He pretends to be what he isn't on social media because it's easier than putting in the work to actually be it in real life. Eventually Niki will cheat on him or just leave him for someone else and maybe then he'll have some kind of come to Jesus moment but knowing what I've seen out of him, he'd probably just blatantly up the lies even more.

Every fight in my school as always between niggers
I started high-school in 2003 and there was at least a fight a week the whole way through. It was always a 3 day suspension. I got caught smoking a joint one time and got 5 days. I did eventually get booted right out for trying to fight the vice principal and another teacher though, and it was just purely me being an asshole looking back.
