A good source for some more creepy SFWA and scifi-con stories is Chris Offutt's "My Father, the Pornographer". His father, Andrew Offutt, in addition to being a science fiction/fantasy writer and SFWA president, was also a prolific smut author who wrote close to 400 fapbooks mostly involving sadism and bondage. The book has longish sections where Chris describes going to SFWA cons and being around some of these fucking lunatics.
In one part of the book, he writes about going to a con with his father and fucking the daughter of another scifi writer that was speaking there. After they're done, she says to him, "You're actually better than guys three times your age." He was fifteen at the time.
It's a good read.

But then I pictured it being adapted into an Oscar-bait style movie with like Tom Hanks or Denzel Washington playing the pedo-defending lawyer. The triumphant orchestra music scoring the scene, the cuts to the jury as they nod their heads in agreement. The evil prosecutor who wants to send this poor man to prison is typecast as one of those character actors who look like jerks, he's crossing his arms in annoyance as Denzel makes his powerful closing remarks. The law may say he is guilty, but the law is sometimes an ass.

Which also publishes a few mags that basically frame sex with underage girls as alluring.
