One 2 to 3 hour show a week could work pretty good but if they ever did reunite I don't see how Norton could be involved in any sort of regular way. Whether in reality or just in his head Opie would be so paranoid that they were teaming up on him that his insecurity would stop the flow of the show a 1000 times worse than before.

The fact that Opie is (presumably) still rich while Anthony has sunk tons of wealth into a piss poor network is all the leverage Opie needs. Sure Opie has to move his car because he doesn’t want to pay for an overpriced spot anymore but at least he fucking cut that expense out of his life once his income level changed like an adult.
