I'm hoping this is one of those things that just resolves itself.

Jesus Christ. Just get a bunch of bags and pick up all the shit. Don't worry about mopping. Just be like "sorry about the mess, I've had covid and I've been stuck in here for weeks."

I had shit going on like that and then a bunch of sparks started popping in the electric furnace and I thought my place was going to burn with all my shit in it. There was a fire between the two attached buildings in the wall right off the room that all my music equipment was in and that was where most of my income was coming from at that point. The firefighters bust in as I was calling them and told me to get the fuck out. It fucked up the place next door but they just had to knock a little hole in my ceiling to spray in between the walls and they were cool enough to move all my stuff out of the way. My gf had to rush home from work and the cops told her the place was probably going to have to be condemned and all our shit was going to be ruined with smoke damage and we had no damage except the hole in the ceiling. The place in the next building was fucked.

Deal with it, dude. Or ask the Nigerians on either side of you if they're having problems too. Either way, someone's gonna have to get into your place so just take a couple hours to clean up and then you have the whole day to celebrate Trudeau fucking off.
