I love fishing, kayaking, kayak fishing and nature in general. Most of my summer will be spent floating around getting drunk in a kayak listening to old O&A and smashing bass. I'm pumped. God damn beavers ruined my favorite piss spot on MY river though, fucking cocksuckers.

We have beavers on our land and the little fuckers started chewing on my favorite shade tree and here in Texas shade is fucking important during the summer. Took care a a couple of them that following night. They must have gotten the message because they’re still around but it’s been four years and they have chewed on a single tree since.

I love anything I can do outside, but I’ve been really enjoying the chainsaw I got last year. I’ve been cutting firewood like a motherfucker lately. Went camping for a week last month and the weather was PFG. Just stayed up late listening to O&A clips/audio book drinking whiskey and feeding the fire.

Cooking for people. I am an amazing cook but I hate eating. I can cook a brisket with every side and I'm happy people enjoy it while I drink a boost jew soy milk to get my calories for the day that aren't booze.

Same here. Love to cook, but eating food gets in the way of doing other stuff.

Bigger picture? Yard work and stupid tech projects. I really wanted to get into fishing, but now the I have some good-sized fish, I'm a total baby who'd never get into it.

Being outside, growing food. Actually have finally gotten around to flowers because for years I decided that if it didn't provide anything to eat I wasn't going to waste time figuring out how to grow it, but bees and other beneficial insects like flowers so now they can have them.

Watching nature and not just trying to exist in it has been a pretty peaceful experience. I'm finally getting dialed in to the habits of different trees and what that means for the seasons and just generally becoming Radagast like my grandpa and uncles, so I'm pretty happy about that.
