There's a whole part where you enter rooms filled with medieval torture devices like that and you get audio flashbacks and visceral text descriptions of them being used on folks. Fawwking broodal and a great low budget horror method to creep you the fuck out.

Ahhh, I gotcha.

Been out of the video game thing since forever now. Nothing can compare to the thrill I got from the first 3D N64 console back in the day!

Although occasionally I'll get nostalgic and check out some of the new shit on jewtube. I did end up watching the entire playthrough of Alien: Isolation game. That was pretty damn cool and actually worthy of the original film.

Watched some other stuff here and there was well. I enjoy anything from the Old England Jack The Ripper days style games and the first person view Resident Evil 7: Biohazard was pretty fawwkin wicked.

I think one of the things regarding video games with me is my complete inability to suspend disbelief in third person view, despite the absolutely amazing graphics of today, the characters still interact like retards with the graphics and takes me right out of it.
