These guys were contracted? To commit a mass murder? What the fuck were they expecting would happen? Nothing about that makes sense. Something fishy is going on.

Using occhams razor this is what I think happened. ISIS is obviously not at the peak of their power. It takes a LOT of time, energy, and money to train 4 guys to go on a Jihad to Russia, and the more you put into these guys the more valuable they become.

So they just skipped all of that and shopped around on Telegram for people crazy and dumb enough to do anything for money. They probably also strung them along going “Yeah man you just gotta go to this point after and you won’t be captured” which obviously didn’t happen.

The fishiest thing to me is the question of “Wtf would have happened if they escaped?”. These random guys contacted by an app could have no way of knowing the Russian police would show up until an hour after shooting began. They would have no way of knowing they wouldn’t have faced some sort of armed opposition at the theatre. So if everything didn’t work out in such a coincidental way they wouldn’t have killed more than 10 people before ending up in the same position, no less 100+

I don’t know man maybe but sometimes it can be as simple as ISIS convinced some low IQ people with extreme beliefs to do something for “the greater good” of their belief system.
