I never watched Dr. Who because it's always seemed pretty gay. It's probably because I'm a dumb American, and a Puerto Rican one to boot!

BUT I can see from the perspective of some nerd in the UK who may have grown up watching this I would probably be so bummed out to see it literally get gay.

It probably has similar feelings to a old school Simpson's fan who watched their show turn to shit.

It's not because you're American or a beaner, it's because it's shit. It was a kids show when my dad was a kid and somewhere along the line they started to aim for older viewers. I've never made it through a whole episode. It's clunky, amateurish horseshit and I've never understood how anyone liked it.

The BBC commissioning editors now seem to just make shows for themselves and when no one watches it they can stand around in their fag wine bars and moan about how the plebs are so narrow-minded and "don't get it."
