Made a new recipe with a pretty complex grain bill and an even more intricate hop scheduling.

Will be bottling it in 3 months after pressure fermentation and a secondary fermentation dry hopping SOP under atmospheric pressure with an inert gas blanket (most likely nitrogen but argon may be available too which is slightly superior due to molecular mass)

It's light in terms of actual hop taste, recipe is mostly bittering early boil additions of cascade and barbe rouge and then a tiny hit of mosaic at the 45m mark then some dry hopping in secondary. I hate overly hoppy shit and the IPA "fruit punch"ish trend of just adding as much hops as possible. I like clarity in my wort too, I throw it through a filter centrifuge before fermentation. Comes out quite clear.

I work at a wastewater treatment plant and a few years ago our director used our reuse water in a batch of his home brew. I never got to taste it but I heard it was pretty good.
