Mr. Tomlinson has just threatened Leslie Varney, a female publisher whom he has been attacking on Twitter from behind a block for more than a year, to be sued into poverty with a lawsuit that will presumably be funded by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.
- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).
- All parties involved signed NDAs so that the general public would never know.
- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.
- Is the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America funding Mr. Tomlinson's lawsuit against the Milwaukee Police? If they are, the general public probably wouldn't know due to their history of funding expensive lawsuits in secret.
- You can use IRS form 3949-A to report SFWA's activity if you reasonably believe that it is illegal for a 501(c)(3) charity to secretly fund frivolous nuisance lawsuits for one of its members.

- Mr. Tomlinson's feud started after members of the now-defunct Reddit site r/opieandanthony got his Twitter account suspended, causing him to threaten some bored trolls who never heard of him with a libel lawsuit. The trolls responded predictably.
- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice
- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Fez could put anything over.
There is much about Fez I didn't appreciate until he was gone. He really was one of the most fascinating and unique entertains to exist.
When did Fezzie get off the rails? Listened to a couple 2006 ESD drinking challenges and Fez was really fawkin strong.

It goes way back. Some speculate that he was in love with Rory at WNEW and leaving for DC really broke Fez's heart. And speaking of which, his first heart attack was in DC in 2005, and I've heard others say that was the real beginning of it. He stayed pretty strong for awhile after that, but some time in Dave's run Fez started getting a lot worse. Probably around the time he had another heart attack on air.
I listened to their last show live, and over the years of Fezzie's decline it was a bad way for him to go out. I got so used to silent Fez that it took away from heyday Fez.

It was. I just heard Ron say on an old clip that they got mad at him and he said he didn't wanna do it anymore, but that's just radio bullshit for the air. He got put on the fucko list. I think he even mentioned which exec it was that got mad, but I forget the name. Some Jew, no doubt.
Did he actually go to a psych ward or was that a bit? I like the show but later in their careers it just confuses me as to whether or not it’s a work. They both get passionately angry about the most random things.

As far as I can tell. I've been listening to a shit ton of old Ron and Fez lately and whenever that comes up it seems pretty genuine. Fez talked about really specific stuff that goes on in the nut hut, like someone who'd been there. So I'd say yes. But a lot of Ron and Fez is a work, some of it becomes more noticeable in hindsight. They just sold it really well at the time.
