They aren't tolerating Fatso and The Frump's bullshit. Good for them. Trying to ruin the careers and reputations of these law enforcement officers for doing their damn jobs is going to bite them in the ass at trial. Hopefully everything which should be admitted as evidence will be, such as all body cam footage (especially the one where he says he's going to sue the cops for millions), Fatso and his dopey wife's press tour, his endless social media posts, and we have yet to see all of their emails to the police and the recorded phone calls. Again, Fatso and his dopey wife are totally unsympathetic characters and it will be difficult to find a jury which will hate the cops more than they hate these unemployed, fame-seeking, frivolous lawsuit filing, white pieces of shit.

They would likely file for bankruptcy right away if whomever is bankrolling them isn't willing to fork over money for an appeal. Appeals can often times be more expensive than trials, especially up against a city and a police department. The city/police could, and should, go after their haunted shack, Rustang, and scooters in order to at least try and recoup some what these idiots have cost taxpayers, but they might not. Fatso has likely not thought this through to the point where his lying about his employment and finances all these years will become part of the record when he tries to squirm his way out of paying for taking a massive L at trial.

Pat has never had to face a real trial. The BDA situation wasn't a trial so he could flat out lie (unsuccessfully) to the judge. Childing the court won't be an option, either. It's hilarious that it has got to this point. Not being a lawyer, is MPD leaving Fatso and his retarded wife an opening to drop the complaint?

Fatty can drop the lawsuit at any time.
The judge can also rule to dismiss it and no trial is needed, more will be known May 2nd.
It may also only go in part to trial, depending on what judge deems.
Going to trial would cost a lot more than fatty is likely to be paid in a settlement so it seems that MKE PD think they have a good case.
