3. No physical harm or property damaged occured. Even the PTSD angle is bullshit because he didn’t change his number, or stop antagonizing the internet. If he cared so much about his wife’s mental health. Why did he continue to do the same shit day in and day out.
4. He and his wife went on a media tour, when nothing happened afterwards except many people were exposed to him being a lying POS, they sued the city.
