If he has to take the stand he will be so sidetracked trying to talk about this place.

Imagine suing the city for police doing their jobs. I really hope they dont settle out of court. This is all a cash grab. Cant pay quasi so they sue the city in hopes of a settlement.

Its probably in SGT Evans best interest to show that pig vastly over exaggerates everything or outright lies:

pull up the peperronigate files. lets compare that to pats report of that night.
all the bodycams of the swattings and see how pats description compares
lets check whether tomtom and raven were swatted three times (or was this another fable to make a narrative)
lets check out that gas cutoff lie that pat has claimed in every media interview.

Completely absent any of our evidence, the cops have a duty to treat all emergency calls as legitimate. Even the most "damning" part of their suit, where the cop says he is "fully aware" that he is being swatted, he is still perfectly within his legal right to search the Robinson-Tomlinson household when a call is made claiming that Pat has just murdered his wife.

Oh he really made a scene on that visit. Gotta see those bodycams. He was drunk and in full tough guy mode. This might be one of his better meltdowns if it ever gets released.

I'd be interested to know the actual law about this if anyone knows it offhand.
