Bzzz, wrong, it's an interim settlement report because that's what the report is always called, and what was due on Feb 7th. The report is meant to show the judge what steps were taken to see if this could be resolved with a settlement. It's always called Interim Settlement Report regardless of outcome.

it's also independent to the conclusion of settlement negotiations. The report could state that Pat is too fat to settle, and then in a few weeks they can reach a settlement. This is just to keep the judge posted and assured they've done due diligence.

It's locked because of the joint motion for a protection order. Odell wrote it up citing how stlakers are following the docket and making 'fake social media accounts' for individuals involved in the case to harass Plaintiffs (i.e. the big dick nigga Lyndon accounts on X). William Hotchkiss not just agreed with Odell, but agreed to file the motion in his name for him, saving Pat more money. Hotchkiss is basically acting as the errand boy of the plaintiffs when he's supposed to be a city defence attorney.
