More tough talk like when he was going to post his ppt of “Elon Musk is full of shit” online. He doesn’t have many tools in his tool box to use, but I think the fact that he’s gotten away with the self swatting is going to embolden him to do something monumentally dangerous and stupid in order to get his way. That will of course hilariously backfire.

Does this count as the world’s longest temper tantrum?
I'm personally hoping/figuring he'll fake an assault Jussie Smollet style. "They poured bacon grease on me and and yelled "This is Norm Macdonald country!".

Or shoot at his own house or something equally reckless. I don't think he'll be able to ever go back to normal. He's hooked on all the attention.

Everybody is expecting him to freak out if Trump wins, when the reality is he's an actual narcissist and doesn't REALLY care about it. He just wants to either brag or feign outrage, both for attention online. He's a professional victim for dopamine hits now.

Lastly, it's pretty weird the swatting went away, isn't it? After Torswats a big gap, and now after a few welfare check toes in the water to see if he could get away with it, he's pretty much stopped doing them. Doesn't seem like a cyberstalking cult bent on murder by cop to me. Sounds like a guy concerned about his lawsuit.

Can't wait for the emotional tweet when he has to pay MPD lawyer fees.

Then in an unfounded twist, the court ruled I have to pay $75,000 to the very police who are sworn to protect and serve me. Obviously, they don't need the money. They get millions in tax dollars every year. This is about silencing and punishing me for daring to speak out against their repeated harassment of my family.

"As a victim of police abuses and a court system hell bent on protecting bad actors and making the victims pay for speaking up, I am uniquely qualified to speak on this latest shooting of a black man by the police."

Where's my dismissal???!!!! Fuckkkkkk
I❤️ANAL but in my expert opinion, there is a good chance it won't be dismissed out of hand. There isn't any clearly established law that invalidates it (I e. Section 230 like the time he tried to fix Quasi). They would obviously go for qualified immunity, which would probably hold up in front of a jury, though it might not be enough to toss it outright. The problem for Pat though is he hasn't identified a realistic alternative course of action that da cawps could have taken. He literally thinks they should create a special boy list for him, or simply not respond to emergency calls, and he shouldn't have to do anything (i.e. not feed the trolls every single day) to mitigate his problems. That said, all the real attorneys here and on the farms think it's getting tossed, so I still have hope.
