ANAL but in my expert opinion, there is a good chance it won't be dismissed out of hand. There isn't any clearly established law that invalidates it (I e. Section 230 like the time he tried to fix Quasi). They would obviously go for qualified immunity, which would probably hold up in front of a jury, though it might not be enough to toss it outright. The problem for Pat though is he hasn't identified a realistic alternative course of action that da cawps could have taken. He literally thinks they should create a special boy list for him, or simply not respond to emergency calls, and he shouldn't have to do anything (i.e. not feed the trolls every single day) to mitigate his problems. That said, all the real attorneys here and on the farms think it's getting tossed, so I still have hope.

I don't know what any of this means, but if this goes to discovery, Rick has put himself in a bit of a pickle regarding bodycam footage.
As Rick is accusing them of using excessive force and being dicks about the whole thing, it would benefit the cops to keep the footage sealed, but it would benefit Rick to release it. Can the footage be included in the evidence and not made public just because Rick doesn't want us to see it?
Rick winning a million dollars will be well worth it if we get footage of his micropenis. Hahahahaha.

Not a lawyer, though I am vaguely aware of a lawyer currently acting like a retard. He can definitely ask to have it sealed for privacy purposes and the PD will oblige to show good faith. If a wealthy benefactor/journalist wanted to push the issue as it concerns public safety and the integrity of law enforcement, there is definitely a case to be made to obtain it. Unfortunately they will have to pay to have rick's weiner censored, so you're not getting it no matter how much you lust for it (,stlaker).

Edit: I just reread he previous order and Exhibit A is actually copies of police reports for each day they went. Not sure whether bodycams would fall under this or not?
