Settlement is sadly a likely end to this.
Pat isn't the right color to get a settlement and no one was ever actually injured or killed. Settling is cheaper yeah but paying a million or even hundreds of thousands to a fat retard who suffered nothing but hurt feelings would cause any taxpayer within 100 miles actual, physical agony. The PR damage would be worse than whatever it would be to have their lawyers fight it in court.

Police officers get cleared of civil liabilities when they actually kill people. Handcuffung someone on their porch is so far removed from anything.

This is the craziest part of it to me. We know Patrick tried his hardest to get a MPD officer to physically assault him, going so far to lunge at them in a threatening manner. But the officers (who were likely aware he was goading them into a physical response) maintained their composure and there's 0 claims of anything except "emotional duress". Oh and "trespassing" on their porch.

The MPD and it's officers have done nothing wrong and this court document proves it. Settling this and paying Patrick would set a horrible precedent and open them up to similar frivolous lawsuits. I was driving home when a cop car put on their lights behind me. I immediately had a panic attack thinking they would drag me out of my car and kill me. The cop car sped past me moments later, but I still demand no less than $1,000,000 for my emotional duress. That's the level of bullshit we're operating with here.

The actual tangible evidence is as hollow as "I'm suing Taylor Swift because I fell in love with her and she won't date me". Expecting a jury to think that even though Taylor didn't do shit, the emotional pain of the retard incel will sway them.

As ridiculous as the lawsuit is, part of me thinks that it wasn't Pat swatting himself. If it was him doing it, why would he take the risk of opening it up for investigation? We know Pat is not all that bright and the odds of him being able to outsmart an entire team of law enforcement officials are extremely slim (unlike him, he's fat). He's dumb but he couldn't be that dumb.

Wrong again astalker, Pat is so dumb he thinks he’s smarter than anyone else.
