Didn't someone research it and found out it's a Section 8 tenement building?I just Google earthed Rick's address (it doesn't seem like street view risked the death of their driver going through that hood). Does anyone know what that ratty business building next door to the hovel is? Maybe we can buy it and make it a clubhouse.
Just look at it.Didn't someone research it and found out it's a Section 8 tenement building?

Boy I wish I lived 36 inches from an $850 apartment. We’re so jealous of your awesome life, Rick.
I think the wildlife in the area is more interested in Newports and Heinekensdoesn't the fact that there's no fence around his "vegetables" and no animals have eaten it mean even the wildlife wouldn't touch his gross plants. probably homeless people shitting in it.
The smell of a farty snatch brings all the savages to the yardI think the wildlife in the area is more interested in Newports and Heinekens
"The rosemary bushes are flourishing. Grabbed some nettles to make tea with.""Tomatoes are doing well this year"
No shit. Tomatoes are one of the easiest things to grow in a garden. I knew someone who randomly had a tomato plant sprout from a crack in the concrete in the back yard. Some animal must have shat out a seed that got into the crack. It was still going strong as of a year ago. It's one step up from saying "the weeds are doing well this year."
It's just Britpat rearing his ugly, culture appropriating head again. And of course he does it all wrong anyway, always conspicuously referring to his "breakfast tea". He's probably under the assumption that tea drinking is some highly ritualized process, when in reality the average Angloid pounds that shit like it's water without much ceremony. British unionized labour has a reputation for being hard to work with because they take so many tea breaks a day.Does he want to larp as a man's man or an 85 year old English grandma? I can't keep it straight
The 2nd link does have street view too. It's funny Rick never shows that side of the house except for when he put in those shitty new steps. He feels much more comfortable in that back alley where he has the pit for his shitty vehicles.2619 N. Oakland Ave | Bieck Management

Yeah, no Brit says "breakfast tea." It's just tea. PG Tips, Yorkshire, Tetley. Twining's if you're a ponce. Earl Grey if you're a homosexual. White with 2 sugars if you're a builder. Like you say, no one gives it much thought. Stick the kettle on, make a brew, drink it, move on."The rosemary bushes are flourishing. Grabbed some nettles to make tea with."

The constant tea breaks with workmen is just laziness and one of the reasons (along with doing shoddy work and overcharging for it) why Polish immigrant labourers cleaned up when they came over. They'll install a new kitchen in 3 days, take half an hour for lunch and leave it looking like a showroom for two thirds of the price of the British builders who'll take two weeks because they stop every couple of hours for a tea break.
