The best part about a potential lawsuit against Leslie is that in order to claim damages, he'd have to admit that his writing career is currently shit. He wouldn't be able to sue if his writing career was going well because he wouldn't be able to prove that Leslie is having an adverse effect on it.
Pat suing Leslie might force Pat to put into legal filings how much money he actually makes as a writer (if he wants to claim that she's costing him money). I almost want him to win a settlement with MPD because instead of smartly investing the money or paying down debts, he would immediately blow it on filing another lawsuit, either against Leslie or here or even Kiwi Farms.
