If Rick is stupid enough to actually sue her we are all in for permanent rib damage that we might never recover from. She knows all the lore. During the deposition he'd have to sit there like a good boy and answer questions without being able to put his cunty spin on everything. He'd have to explain why the police report is a lie, why signing away his kid and never speaking to her again is somehow different than abandoning her, why he hasn't published any books in 5 years...etc. Leslie not having to spend money on a lawyer makes it even funnier. So Leslie has a lawyer in the family and the financial means and family connections to crush him. He also has no real defamation case by legal standards and he certainly doesn't have the money to go after people. He got a lawyer for the MPD case presumably ln contingency and will be on the hook for an astronomical amount of money when he loses that.
