If Rick were calling in the swats himself then what's the explanation for Wayne Lambright who was swatted 66 times? Patrick swatted himself and there's also an independent swatter that called in 66 swats to a different KF adjacent lolcow? Or did Pat swat Wayne Lambright too as a cover story so the feds wouldn't suspect him?

Simplest explanation is that one Kiwi (or Kiwi lurker) was swatting both of them. Not the funniest outcome but it's probably what happened.

I’m sorry this is so convoluted, but I think he gave away the fact that he believes he’s being watched with regards to the Gemini account:

He lied about his Gemini account, but *how* he did it was damning. Following his usual pattern he would normally just deny it exists. That’s what he always does. He just denies. He denies he’s fat, he denies writing things we’ve all read that he wrote, he denies saying things that we have documented him saying, he lies without shame and his usual method is just to deny.

He didn’t just lie and say he doesn’t have one, he made an outlandish claim that his protesters created one in his name using his information. But why?

That’s so ridiculous, that the only reason he would come out with that lie is because he *knows* it exists and he *knows* he’s going to have to explain it at some point.

It’s so much easier for him just to deny it’s mere existence. He would if he could, but he can’t and only he knows why.

Meaning, he’s not denying it to us, he’s denying it to *someone else who may be watching* because *he* knows that *they* know it exists. I mean he lies about everything else so why would he specifically avoid denying the existence of the account, after having denied it previously? There’s a specific reason.

He is getting out in front of the discovery of the Gemini account or knows that it has been discovered. He can lie to us and tell us he’s not fat, but we can’t put him in prison for it. But this is different. You can’t just lie, he needs to get out front of it. That’s all that is. It’s transparent. To me it’s the most damning thing, and when you couple it with the fact that the punk himself said Patrick paid for the swats convinced me he did it.

I don’t even find this fat motherfucker funny anymore, that’s how much of a loser he is. I’m only following this because I want to see him caught and in prison. I can’t wait.

Why can’t Rick be paying for swats while a totally unrelated guy, in a different part of the country, also gets swatted? What is the connection between the two that would preclude that? Not quite as cartoonishly but he did make videos about it. Torswats faggy discord group was called the Lambright Legion. He didn't hide that he was the one swatting him. I don't know how or why the FBI only charged him with 5 swattings and dismissed the other couple hundred? But part of his deal is that he has to cooperate or else they can charge him with all of it. The Congress lady, FBI agents, federal judges and a bunch of schools and even hospitals got swatted by that psycho but they didn't charge him for any of those. He must have gave them a lot of information to get that good of a deal. He'll be out in a few years. I guess it's good that he's cooperating, but he deserved a lot more time than he got.

That’s true - it’s why he was so upset - they didn’t follow his plan and he let them know they’re big stupid idiots for not following his - err, I mean the “swatters” instructions.

Reminder that Pat claimed he approached the police in advance and told them he got word that a SWAT attempt was going to be made at his house and that part of his frustration was that the police didn't do anything to protect him and actually responded to the call.

Pat never shared the voicemail as proof of this claim. It's pretty unbelievable that an actual swatter would let their victim know it was going to happen ahead of time.

I’m not super deep into the details but I’ve been running a profile on the pig and I don’t think he has the moxy to do it. Yea he’s a narc that loves being a victim in public but you need a certain risk profile and I don’t see the pig as gambling with these stakes. Stakes are a little too high for this fat low-risk tolerance fuck.

Rick has already lied in court multiple times and false flagged himself to try and get media/law enforcement attention. When it comes to getting revenge on people who humiliate him, nothing is off the table. He's also stupid enough to think the authorities would never find out, and that even if they did they would side with him because his opponents are Nazi misogynists, legality be damned. This was exactly the overconfident thought process that informed him waddling into court with BDA and making a lying fool of himself.
