It's so obvious Pat killed Bernell. People get the wrong impression and think serial killers are badass, dangerous people. Most of them are pathetic dweebs who get drunk and kill people, like Gary Ridgway and Dahmer. I bet Pat's killed a few people actually.

I agree with you without a hint of irony. The fact that Bernell could be brought up to him a million times and it's the one and only thing he refuses to address or even acknowledge says a lot. He'll "correct the record" on anything but he won't touch the Bernell murder with a hundred foot pole.
