Mr. Tomlinson has just threatened Leslie Varney, a female publisher whom he has been attacking on Twitter from behind a block for more than a year, to be sued into poverty with a lawsuit that will presumably be funded by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.
- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).
- All parties involved signed NDAs so that the general public would never know.
- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.
- Is the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America funding Mr. Tomlinson's lawsuit against the Milwaukee Police? If they are, the general public probably wouldn't know due to their history of funding expensive lawsuits in secret.
- You can use IRS form 3949-A to report SFWA's activity if you reasonably believe that it is illegal for a 501(c)(3) charity to secretly fund frivolous nuisance lawsuits for one of its members.

- Mr. Tomlinson's feud started after members of the now-defunct Reddit site r/opieandanthony got his Twitter account suspended, causing him to threaten some bored trolls who never heard of him with a libel lawsuit. The trolls responded predictably.
- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice
- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Is it newsworthy that he has a history of antagonizing people on social media, of promoting himself as a troll slayer, of routinely responding to any and all “harassing” communications, and of sending naked pictures of himself with an erection and holding a weapon, implying the recipient could be shot?

I'm looking for things like pat saying other things than norm macdonald caused his harassment, him blaming us, saying it's not Kiwi, then saying it is kiwi and then saying it's not.. him making threats, archives, ECT.

This is a perfect example of modern news reporters not researching anything. Now to their defense it probably seemed a quick local filler story that they could not care about and cast aside. It'll be interesting if they decide to follow up.
I think the most damning stuff is his fake bomb threat, the fake threat of a shooting at the convrntion that he still went to, the "vandalism" video, and the letter from his sign out front half hovel matching the vandalism letterings.
Simplicity is key imo. Reporters are dumb motherfuckers. They want the juicey stuff and not the details.

I'm trying to put myself in the shoes of one of these journalists and I think what you need is a sense of that Patrick S Tomlinson is a liar and eggs this on, so that they can correct the story.
Not sure I can compile stuff for you, but here's what I would mention, at minimum:
- He says he is getting swatted because he doesn't find Norm MacDonald funny. This alone doesn't pass the sniff test.
- We tried to get audio of the 911 phone calls but couldn't -- maybe these news folks have someone on the inside that will turn them over. Many of us believe he is SWATTING himself.
- He's been told time and time again to not feed the trolls, but he constantly is interactive.
- He lies all the time.
- He sued the Internet and lost and owes $37k, and he has publicly stated that he does not intend to pay a dime of it.
- The audio of him getting SWATTED that we got from Facebook shows that he's a madman who does not handle things well.
- He's spent more time trying to get his blue check and twitter account back than his daughter
- Other journalists who were sympathetic to him and his politics won't cover his story.
- He's got lots of friends who are pedos.
The fact that nothing here mentions his long history of being abusive to people on twitter / getting into fights with strangers as well as encouraging violence against people for their politics shows you they do zero research. A simple look at his twitter will show he’s not some random nice guy being bothered and also daring people to come and fight him. His lawsuits were thrown out because they were trying to sue people over freedom of speech. He tried to sue people for not liking his work which is left out of all these stories.
