It's command line only, but you just run:

Joe calling the MPD stupid multiple times yet the police are doing their job - they have to respond even if they know it’s fake just in case there’s actually a problem. The police have actually done nothing wrong and from the videos Pat has released they purposely made it difficult for the police because even they know he’s trying to make them lose their temper so he can sue the city.

There's 0 chance any of these vermin would bother to even look up 230, let alone understand it. Getting any of them to even review the case, let alone the case law, is akin to getting Pat to admit he has made a mistake
