He also admits to straight up ignoring his lawyers advice to stop engaging.

I bet Fox News would like to run something about how retarded NBC's "journalism" is...I'd bet one of those faggots they have like Gutfeld or Jesse Waters would pickup this story.
We need to get to the Jews that write Tuckers monologues. "So they want to change the internet, of course, because they can't control it" then a surprisingly harsh jab at Joe Scarborough's office demeanor

Officer Chase

My bad joke and illiteracy confused what I meant.

you can't defame an anonymous entity. If there were a business or llc or something he could maybe claim that... but even then you don't want to sue a news organization for defamation, they have all kinds of protections. Unless you have 50 smoking guns of emails where they are saying "yeah we know this is wrong and going to ruin the company but run the story anyway" with the dominion fox news shit.
You can defame pseudonymous people if they have a known reputation. Quasi 101 is the forum admin, should he become named at a future point MSNBC just said he is a harasser. Sure they could say it was colloquial use and/or an opinion, but to me, Joe internet user, I heard Quasi is a criminal when in fact the court said he wasn't. I get the complexity, but honestly should Quasi reveal himself or be revealed the NBC news stated as fact that, that individual engaged in crime.
