Pat’s plan is to skip the court date - my theory

He will surely do something stupid like resist arrest or (fingers crossed) assault a police officer.
After his latest media tour this is exactly what he's going to do:
- Blow off the court date, get bench warrant
- He will eventually be in contact with the police which will lead to his arrest
- He will force a confrontation to where the MPD has to subdue him
- After being hogtied he will try to sue the police department for unnecessary roughness or some other bullshit.
It was his plan all along. Count on it! :fighter_sm:

I’m convinced piggy being a stupid defiant stubborn piggy will blow off the hearing and just let this nonsense play out as far as he can - even if he goes to jail - all for attention to finally get famous.

Pat has convinced himself and even his dumb wife they face no serious consequences and flat out refuses to pay what is owed out of principal - Pat is the good guy and we’re the bad guys and good guys never lose.

This is his (and Niki’s) chance to finally be famous for “fighting back” and possibly leading to changing laws or at least more attention on changing them. Pig has given up on being a “political firebrand” (no outlets will pay for his stolen opinions) as well as a published author (doesn’t even bother to promote or even mention his books and where to get them) and he’s convinced himself this is the ticket to fame - to be the (fat) face for fighting the internet.

Not only that, Niki can also use this to cash in as well - she’s all in with this and making demands for police / laws to change and now she can be the poor pity wife that now has her husband in jail for having to PAY the evil terrorists! Nothing like a crying woman to get attention, remember piggy cried the police have traumatized his wife for knocking on their door. They’re bothering anyone that will listen in hopes it leads to more attention for themselves. Why else would they PAY to be swatted? It’s like those stories you hear of people making up a sob story and cashing in through go fund me (like the “homeless man gives woman last 20 bucks to get gas when she ran out” story that all turned out to be a hoax and everyone involved is in jail)

Pig believes this will lead to major people getting involved / news coverage / etc and ultimately a major book / movie deal about the man who fought back - even when everything was against him. TV appearances, major cover stories, and PAID speaking gigs - where now Pig AND Niki can cash in since to get both it will cost more.

TLDR This is his Hail Mary to be a celebrity.
That’s definitely the rake-stepiest option, so my money is on him choosing that

Once Pat is jailed I can't wait to see the inevitable "Where's Rick?" account which replies to all 3 followers of his tweeting him with

"Sorry, Rick can't reply to you right now because he's currently an inmate at Milwaukee County Jail. His release date (pending further charges) is XX-XX-2023."

Typically with contempt time there isn't a bail option because you've pissed off the judge enough to where they'll want you to sit down and think about it for a little while. Could be anywhere from 24 hours, to 30 days, to more if you really anger the judge.

Based on his behavior in the several audio and video clips we've heard and seen here so far, he's doomed to do a little time in city/county jail. If he's retained a well-respected attorney who can manage to keep him under control and behave like a responsible adult during the court proceedings, he may walk out of there without a contempt charge. As always, judges are very unpredictable.

It looks like from the latest video the MPD are on to his shenanigans and are protecting themselves from a frivolous lawsuit. The fact that he thinks the MPD have ruled them out as suspects is rib-cracking.

This has to be his strategy because nothing else here makes sense.

I would have paid Quasi before embarking on this journey because it pragmatically makes sense. UNLESS he's banking on the arrest and bankruptcy to be solidified into the narrative, which he hopes would up his victim points. That's the only thing I can think of here.

It's very unlikely a lawyer would represent him at this point. I think he's not going and is going to swat himself again so they can pick him up on the warrant and he can oink about stlakers and have the rough arrest he needs to file a lawsuit, something a lawyer may touch. Hopefully he gets his head split open and/or has a stroke episode and is rendered paralyzed on one side drooling out childs and prisons at phantom stlakers.

There's no logic unless he's so deep into Cape shit fantasy he thinks being right means you always win

Swatting is completely irrelevant to the hearing. The contempt hearing isn't even about the lawsuit, it's about skipping the debtors exam and acting in bad faith with amortization.

The legal system certainly doesn't give a fuck and it won't help him in any cause.
