That’s what I’m thinking, he believes he’s the victim and the police and judges are the idiots, Niki is also on board with this how she complained that they need training on how to handle “SWATs” even though they have to come out. It’s all to sue (hopefully attract one of those anti police lawyers like Ben Crump and people Shaun King used to work with a get a cut of the winnings) the police and get a nice payday from the city.
Not to long ago a couple George floyd protestors in Philly got like 9 million when THEY were blocking a major highway. These asshole did something very illegal and police rightfully used rubber bullets and mace to get them off the highway and the city had to pay! Piggy sees this as a way of getting a nice big settlement.

This right here is why I believe he won't go. He genuinely thinks he's never wrong about anything so he can't possibly be wrong about this. You don't defeat nazis with words, child only punches. It's not illegal if you're punching nazis because Pat said so. Just like refusing to follow court orders and face up to your legal responsibility isn't illegal if Pat says so. The judge also agrees with Pat we just aren't reading/listening properly.
