It really really bothers him that he hasn't been able to bully this woman into not talking about him. Most people realize immediately this fat retard is extremely mentally ill and quit responding to his psychotic bullshit right away, which he considers a "win" for himself, but this woman seems to have experience with people with his personality disorders and isn't going to allow him to intimidate her. Good for her. More people should refuse to tolerate his behavior.

I heard through the grapevine that there may or may not be attorneys in Leslie’s very state that are members of this board. I’m not saying there are or aren’t, that’s just what I heard. I reckon if there WERE such members, the lovely Ms. Varney would have a pretty easy time finding competent pro bono representation just for the pleasure of Patposting in the King County Superior Court. That’s a big IF though.

In the 0% chance that he gets a payout it would have to be a settlement, which given rick's inability to comprise seems unlikely. I can't imagine him coming to an agreement anyway. If somehow the laws of the universe would inverted and this went to a jury and he won, the City and/or police Union would appeal. That means if he wins he's not seeing that money for at least 3 years but likely longer than that.

Federal courts famously take forever to get anything done. That's another reason most people don't even bother filing lawsuits in Federal court. You need to have a lot of patience, a lot of money, and they take a lot of work. His new lawyers are going to realize very soon, if they haven't already, that they should've done a lot more research into Fatso's history before they signed him on as a client.
