He has zero equity in his house because he just refinanced it. I think that's they money they're blowing through this summer. I don't think Quasi can take his house but he can put a lien on it. I know a guy who got in trouble for selling some counterfeit car parts. He got fined like 300k and he told me he can never sell his house because the govt will take everything he gets but apparently they won't actually take the house. So the hovel is really all he has. I dont think it will be seized in a bankruptcy.
