Pat will get a slap on the wrist

He's gonna fuck up and knowingly say something that is bullshit, and enrage the judge. For example, he might say "I didn't show up to the debtor's exam because I was afraid of stlakers". The judge will then ask if he brought any evidence of death threats or other threats that something terrible would happen to him *on the date of the exam at the commissioner's office*. Pat will say no. The judge will ask if he notified opposing counsel beforehand. Pat will say no. Did he notify after, etc. He will be asked why he filed the amortization of debts. He will be asked about the tweets taunting Quasi and bragging about how he will never pay a penny. This isn't the first time the judge has had a deadbeat in front of him. If he does anything other than show up with a big wad of cash and profusely apologize, he's in big trouble.
Funny, but courts don't take cash like that, so he will need to behave like a white person instead of a drug dealing nigger and pay according to the methods ruled by the court. It's usually by cashier's check.

What kind of court would interpret the mere act of showing up and watching as "indimidation of victim"?
The best part is that Patrick is objectively not a victim in this instance, he is the perp and nothing can change that. Even if he successfully argues that Dan should be hauled from the courtroom and thrown in jail (which he wont) then it wouldn't negate this particular issue. In an ideal world they'd end up sharing a cell.

I’m sure Patrick will oink up something but whatever he argues is going to be challenged hard by the stuff Q included in his filing, which amounts to a bunch of distinctly unique examples that come together to prove that Pat is acting in bad faith.

“I don’t have the money!”
- here are a bunch of tweets where he’s on vacation, going to bars, out at ball games, and bragging about making 6 figures. That’s why we wanted him to take the debtors exam that he skipped.

“I never tried to delay anything!”
- here is an amortization plan that he set up only to abandon it, and here is the trustee saying that he never paid a cent and ignored every outreach for 3 straight months so they said fuck it and threw it out

“I was never openly disrespectful to the courts or the law”
- here’s a bunch of tweets where he claims he owes nothing, the judges were incompetent, the ruling wasn’t legitimate, and he’ll never pay a cent.

Keep in mind, there’s a really good chance he won’t have representation so his success hinges on him proving that he was acting in good faith, which he never was and there’s a good bit of evidence that it’s a legit pattern of behavior. He would also be on the hook to manage any procedural requirements, if any.

Not good. Can’t wait to see how it shakes out
The wasteful spending and totally fucking off the amortization is going to be fun when he explains it.

He's going to be embroiled in a fair amount of bureaucratic shit that materialized out of his behavior on the internet. It's funny because bureaucratic shit is a nightmare for most people. He was never going to get the chair over this shit.
I don't think anyone believes it's likely Rick'll get thrown in the oubliette if he behaves like a good boy and shows up the hearing hat in hand. Any punishment in that case would probably be light, ultimately the point of the whole hearing is to get the ball rolling and make sure the creditors get paid, so a judge is unlikely to go ballistic in his judgement. It might be a "slap on the wrist", but it would also be a not so implicit final warning for Rick to get his shit together.

The problem with that, sweeties, is there's like a 1% chance that Pat will take that course of action. The odds are way bigger he'll just ignore the summons, or he shows up and fucks it all up by childing, fighting with or lying to the judge; both of which are the worst thing anyone could possibly do in his position. All bets are off if he decides to go full Tomlinson.

And it bears repeating that even the absolute best he can hope for involves him publicly humiliating himself by admitting he's a liar and a bum in front of a court of law, promising to pay his abuser, and grovelling in front of a judge who's still liable to twist his ear after all his efforts. Every outcome is gonna be a disaster for Piggy in some way.

My guess is the court will throw Patty a bone - no jail, half the $100 per day fine Quasi's asked for, maybe another hearing in a couple of months.

That's doing Pat a solid, though; so the judge will be inclined to give Quasi something in return. I hope Quasi's got a mechanic on standby who can quickly evaluate the rustang and the tuktuk and set a value for them before Pat torches them; that way Quasi can seize them and get the ball rolling.

"Your honour, Mr Tomlinson works from home, and lives on a bus route. He has no need for these vehicles."

In a perfect world, he'll have had a tame social media consultant put a $150 price on Pat's Twitter handle, and ask for that too. It's such a small gesture, how can the judge say no?

I think he's got a First Amendment right to call the court a pack of hillbilly cunts or whatever, so he gets a pass on that. He's still got to obey the court's rulings, though.

LOL What do you folks really want to happen to this retarded fella? Take it easy.
Whatever makes me laugh.

I would immediately wire Mr. Doe c/o Jerry Jen a couple stacks if I could get Pat's Twitter. It isn't even that unrealistic. His handle is @stealthygeek. As long as I change the name from Patrick S. Tomlinson to Owen's New Toy and replace his pfp, I wouldn't even get banned.
