I dont know if its even possible but Id say somehow talking his way into another delay for a couple months.
I would have thought that any delay would only be on fines or jail for contempt if he doesn't start paying within x days. It's not like he will be getting an actual delay where his ruling ends up in some kind of legal process limbo where not paying won't immediately fuck him over even worse.

I am expecting something along these lines. he has a habit of falsifying evidence, wouldn't surprise me if he does it this time as well.
What evidence is there to falsify? Remember that this has nothing to do with the original suit, it's a contempt hearing issued by the creditors in a court ordered pursuit of legal debt. Quasi's lawyers made the case that Rick is acting in bad faith and refusing to cooperate with the court, bringing his recent actions and statements in as evidence.

The only question that's gonna be at hand on August 24th is whether the judge rules that Pat did show contempt. Nothing else matters, and Piggyboy is going to have a very very hard time arguing anything because he's painted himself into a corner. Everything's going to be against him on that day. The law, the facts of the matter, the hardass judge.

Best play for Patrick would be to show actual contrition and beg for clemency and he *might* get off light. A few nights in county, a small fine, maybe just even a stern admonishment if Sosnay feels particularly lenient. But the reality of even the absolute best case scenario would be the hard fact that there can be no more chicanery in the future. No matter the outcome, the court will make it clear they will not tolerate any shenanigans. He has to cooperate from that point forward, he can't fuck up even accidentally or they have have every reason to hit him with the harshest punishment the contempt hearing could've gotten him and then some.

Judges usually have their minds made up beforehand in contempt hearings. It's up to the Defendant to try and convince the judge they fully intend to abide by the court orders/judgments and plea their case as to why they have caused things to escalate this far and convince the judge they should not be held in contempt and will be fully compliant with court orders going forward.

It will be a miracle if fatso suddenly humbles himself before a judge and manages to wriggle out of a contempt charge. It's highly doubtful. Anyone having access to his financial situation, how he's managing to pay his mortgage, utilities, etc. is one of his biggest fears right now and that's obvious.

So they're gonna force him to physically show up and then hold him down and slap his hand? OK I'll take it! It's still pretty fuckin funny considering this started with him talking shit on xeeter. It's worse than any prank calls I ever did to him.

LOL What do you folks really want to happen to this retarded fella? Take it easy.

I’m sure Patrick will oink up something but whatever he argues is going to be challenged hard by the stuff Q included in his filing, which amounts to a bunch of distinctly unique examples that come together to prove that Pat is acting in bad faith.

“I don’t have the money!”
- here are a bunch of tweets where he’s on vacation, going to bars, out at ball games, and bragging about making 6 figures. That’s why we wanted him to take the debtors exam that he skipped.

“I never tried to delay anything!”
- here is an amortization plan that he set up only to abandon it, and here is the trustee saying that he never paid a cent and ignored every outreach for 3 straight months so they said fuck it and threw it out

“I was never openly disrespectful to the courts or the law”
- here’s a bunch of tweets where he claims he owes nothing, the judges were incompetent, the ruling wasn’t legitimate, and he’ll never pay a cent.

Keep in mind, there’s a really good chance he won’t have representation so his success hinges on him proving that he was acting in good faith, which he never was and there’s a good bit of evidence that it’s a legit pattern of behavior. He would also be on the hook to manage any procedural requirements, if any.

Not good. Can’t wait to see how it shakes out

He's gonna fuck up and knowingly say something that is bullshit, and enrage the judge. For example, he might say "I didn't show up to the debtor's exam because I was afraid of stlakers". The judge will then ask if he brought any evidence of death threats or other threats that something terrible would happen to him *on the date of the exam at the commissioner's office*. Pat will say no. The judge will ask if he notified opposing counsel beforehand. Pat will say no. Did he notify after, etc. He will be asked why he filed the amortization of debts. He will be asked about the tweets taunting Quasi and bragging about how he will never pay a penny. This isn't the first time the judge has had a deadbeat in front of him. If he does anything other than show up with a big wad of cash and profusely apologize, he's in big trouble.
