There hasn’t been any harassment, just Pat engaging in conversation with Reddit users. Pat is still pretending he thinks the SWATs came from here, all based on his own hunches and despite all evidence to the contrary. The onus is on him to prove it, because the authorities would have bothered trying if they had any persuasive evidence. But they don’t and he knows it. That’s one of the reasons he’s gone even further off the rails lately.

I had to look this up, and it's actually called a "victim impact statement", not a "witness impact statement". Pat isn't a witness, because he insists that there actually won't be a trial. Only a trial has witnesses.

Every time that it's been brought to his attention that if there is a trial, he would be cross examined by opposing counsel and inconsistencies in his testimony would be found and would lead to the exoneration of whoever it is that will be spending "many many years in prison", he responds that there won't be a trial because they'll just accept the plea deal offered to them.

A more effective rebuttal would be "there are no inconsistencies in my statements and the evidence against you is irrefutable", but Pat is so stupid that he is constantly being tricked into tacitly (or "tactically" in Patspeak) acknowledging that he is full of his shit and that he would be exposed as a liar in front of a jury.
