Hearings don't go like that. You don't get to tell your "side of the story." The judgement has already been made in terms of paying Quasi. The judge cannot and will not override that fact. The only issue is if Patrick is in contempt of court (he is).

The only side of the story is that you (and Niki) agreed to these terms- why did you stiff your attorney and why haven't you honored the payment plan that was agreed to- that's it.
