His half and half approach to trolls is odd. He takes the "ignore/pretend doesn't exist" route when it comes to being goaded about his debt he surely knows he has. But he fucking replies to the trolling which totally nullifys the ignoring. It's like he cannot help himself but reply.

Dark last couple pages of this thread. It makes me sick that he could harm some dude doing his job. Really hope it doesn’t come to that but he’s such a base person, proudly so, that it’s a strong possibility.

The possibility of spousal abuse is not mentioned here often I guess because Pat is so physically unimposing but her sticking around in this SHITTY marriage is very hard to explain without some extraordinary circumstance like Niki being mildly retarded (seems to be the accepted theory) and/or, maybe, physical abuse.

Like I said, nonexistent impulse control. It’s what will lead to him possibly even firing on cops when psychosis takes hold — the odds of which increase exponentially the more he drinks and the less sleep he gets.
Pat can rationalize any retarded choice he makes, including signing a debt amortization plan he had zero intention of ever making payment on. I’m sure he thinks that after his 40+ supposed SWAT team visits, no judge in the land would convict him for opening fire on the authorities.
The part of the brain that’s supposed to grasp the consequences of behavior choices never developed in Pat. He’s legitimately cognitively challenged. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if he believes this fact makes him immune from prosecution.

The autist - who so convincingly threatened to kill his ex wife that she turned down child support payments just to sever all contact with him - is absolutely capable of violence. Just because we havent experienced it yet doesnt mean it cant or wont happen. He sends threats regularly to strangers, reacts physically to police and even sent a picture of his "rage erection" to someone. This is seriously derranged stuff.

For real though, it just goes to show how thin and performative his woke shtick is. He solely does it because it's the trend and he thinks it'll help his reputation. It's the same reason he's tried (and failed) to marry the political correct horseshit with his dumb tough guy sexhaver persona. It's all self-aggrandizing nonsense and he frequently short-circuits and makes decidedly tawksic statements when he feels his ego is being slighted.
Like, here he is taking glee in his supposition that prison is like Shawshank where the guards give you a wood shampoo for looking at them funny, and it's not only crass and distasteful, it's fucking wrong as well. He really wants to push the narrative that life ends with prison and we're all gonna end up carving "your mom's box" on a wooden beam before hanging ourselves if we do get out. Like rehabilitation programs don't exist and there isn't a whole section of the job market centred around hiring and training ex-felons. Just more empty porcine blustering to make himself feel powerful and in control.

All jokes aside, I just cannot comprehend what his end game is. Take the illegal fence for example, he knew that was the result of those pesky Redditors and he somehow managed to get that dismissed. He is somewhat alert to the fact that actions have consequences, regardless if they were self-inflicted or caused by the pests, so I have no sympathy for his actions in relation to the debt. Taking this into consideration, I think the most likely option is that he simply couldn’t afford the plan and he didn’t want to hurt his ego by confirming this.
Slightly off topic but the reason this is so frustrating to me is because it’s taking advantage of the courts lack of resources and delaying the inevitable. I recently represented a health organisation and some random woman keeps issuing court proceedings against them every other month for some unknown reason, it gets dismissed and we get an order to retrieve costs but because she has literally no funds we can’t recover the thousands we’ve spent defending them from her.

I’m not being hyperbolic when I say his steadfast belief in this alternative reality is probably the only thing keeping him on the right side of the dirt this long. If Pat accepted that he’s not a victim and no one will ever get life without parole for correcting the grammar of his texts, he would drive Susan into the Milwaukee River with Niki riding shotgun.

Think that’s a PITA? How about a defendant in a SEVEN-YEAR lawsuit who has spent two years dodging discovery and just terminated lawyer #14? Every time he says he needs an extension to hire a new attorney, the judge (we’re on number five) gives him more time and the shlub goes incommunicado. Luckily the legal bills aren’t in the thousands per month anymore but I’ve learned to expect the worst from the system. Every single delay added up over the years has cost us at least $50k (on top of five digit monthly retainers since 2016) but who’s counting?
Pat doesn’t have that kind of stamina and more importantly he doesn’t even have $17k/month for a retainer. And if he tries to go pro se, which our defendant has at various times, he’s going to be humbled fast by how out of his depth he is.
Fat and Thiki are just delaying the inevitable. With every passing second, the outcome gets worse for them. They have the most toxic case of high time preference behavior that I’ve ever seen.
