I never got into KISS. As a kid I thought they looked cool and had a cool gimmick but never wanted to buy an album. Stanley's voice has been shot for years. Gene Simmons can still sing reasonably well, but it's a different kind of singing. They've been tuning everything down for him and using backing tapes for years.
