  • As Plaintiff withdrew his interest in Ms. Whited, he would reply to her texts and indicate he was very busy with work, hoping that could politely make himself unavailable and Ms. Whited would take the hint that he was not interested in her.
  • On one occasion, Ms. Whited messaged Mr. Krymowski on Facebook Messenger asking him “Did things get better at work?” and did not receive a response.
  • Two weeks after sending the Facebook message referenced in the preceding paragraph, Ms. Whited messaged Plaintiff again via Facebook Messenger stating: “Hey. So we were doing whatever for like three months and you ghosted me and didn’t even give me a reason like a pussy. So ummmm where do you get off asking my friends to meet you out[?] That’s fucked up. And I’m messaging you on here because I deleted your number. Seriously!?”
  • The day after the message described in the preceding paragraph, Ms. Whited wrote to Mr. Krymowski again: “Really? No response?...” Plaintiff blocked Ms. Whited after this message.
  • Three days after Mr. Krymowski blocked Ms. Whited, Ms. Whited published a defamatory submission on [URL="http://www.theclubcreep.com"]www.theclubcreep.com[/URL], accusing Mr. Krymowksi of not respecting sexual boundaries and abuse: “If you have sex with him he does not respect boundaries. Several girls have said they have had sex with him in the past and that it escalated into abuse if the girl withdrew consent.”
  • Despite posting the extremely disparaging and defamatory content on [URL="http://www.theclubcreep.com"]www.theclubcreep.com[/URL] that characterized Mr. Krymowski as a someone Ms. Whited likely would not want to be around if the statements she posted his alleged lack of respect for sexual boundaries were true, three weeks later, Ms. Whited texted Mr. Krymowski yet again stating: “Hey asshole. I really need to hate fuck something, and even though your face is very punchable, I promise I won’t.”

  • Upon information and belief, on October 13, 2020, Ms. Whited posted another submission on TheClubCreep.com, at the following URLs: [URL]http://www.theclubcreep.com/[/URL] [URL]http://www.theclubcreep.com/derek-krymowski-rapist/[/URL] using the pseudonym “Coopertown” (“Post”). A copy of the post is attached as Exhibit A.
  • The Post states, in part: “Derek Krymowski of Pittsburgh Pa, raped, sodomized, and robbed my ex fiancé after he drugged her. He preyed on her coworkers after he was done with her. He is easily given access to strippers.”
  • Alternatively, John Doe posted the Post.
  • Upon information and belief, John Doe posted the Post at the direction or behest of Ms. Whited.
  • The Post is false. Plaintiff has never raped, sodomized, robbed, or abused anyone, nor has Plaintiff engaged in any sexual acts without the consent of the other party; Plaintiff respects people’s boundaries.

General rule of thumb, at least for us Scots:

- You're only talking to a girl but haven't gone out? Nothing has been established or connected (unless you're one of those cunts who throws around the "love" word just to get laid), so ghosting, while still a pussy move, can be considered justified. Barely.

- You've gone out, even if just once? Grow a set and break it off the right way, be a gentleman. I won't even beat you over the head on in person or not, that can be subjective and a judgment call depending on the woman. But make it a clean, direct break. Own it. Even if a woman shit talks you after, that only goes so far because you did it the right way.

I know that Scott Steiner here could probably rip a man in half like that scene with the girl in The Hitcher, but just own up and keep your dignity, folksh.
