It's an order to annoy the shit out of your local deli guy. Only the Muslims make it right
They take a shitty burger patty and chop it up with onions. They're supposed to chop and mix up cheese into it as well so it turns into a gooey clump, but it fucks up the grill so most places just put the cheese at the end and sandwich it up
Basically a cut up crumbly burger. Its better than a shitty diner burger cause there more flavor but shit compared to a cheese steak
