I think Pete runs some baseball memerobilla company. I like that everyone that ever worked with Serch shits on him for being a phony.

I’ll have to look it up but I remember there was some issue between 3rd Bass and Gilbert Gottfried of all people. I recall Stern bringing it up with him and he quickly changed the subject cause he actually was fighting with them - I’m assuming over money / project they offered him or something. Anything in Gilbert’s “personal” life he always changed the subject.

I remember reading that what he was doing now but wouldn’t be surprised, lot of fraud when it comes to that kind of stuff. Like how they keep somehow finding balls signed by guys that have been dead for decades. People fall for the “but it has a certificate of authenticity!” Like that’s something they don’t just print.

Well those are the major ones, now the big ones even have contracts with teams / players where they just have them sign a ton of stuff at once and put it up for sale. I’ve seen some of the “private signing” videos and it’s crazy - they just sit in some room (usually a big hotel suite) and just sign hundreds of items.
