- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Blacks commit different types of crimes, at different rates, than Whites. Especially murder. And they are generally repeat offenders. Both of these factors are why blacks often serve long sentences.
The first chart basically shows how often people were held for a long time, which is the exact opposite of what we’re talking about: slaps on the wrist, by race, under equivalent circumstances with equivalent context.
I’ll try to make that even simpler: blacks commit more crimes, crimes of higher severity, and with more priors, on average, than do Whites. In other words, there are a lot of black prisoners who are repeat offenders of violent nigger crimes. Again, this has nothing to do with how often they get slaps on the wrist vs. how often Whites get slaps on the wrist for roughly the same stuff.
The second chart is even more off base and irrelevant. It simply tells you that blacks are extremely prone to crime. Once again, it says absolutely nothing about how often they get slaps on the wrist vs. how often Whites get slaps on the wrist for roughly the same stuff.
