That doesn’t surprise me. Worse than that, I never once laughed at anything he said. I still don’t get it. I know it must be me. I understand that everyone else thought he was funny. I get it. That’s why I mostly keep my mouth shut about it. He seems like a nice guy, he was OK to listen to on the radio, I was never upset that or disappointed when he was in, he participated well, told good stories, whatever. I just never thought he was funny.

I never got why they thought it was funny that the lady from the Wizard of Oz would cram hay into her cunt when she killed herself. Why is that funny? But it’s very often pointed out as one of the funniest lines in the show’s history. I just don’t understand it. Other than being another insertion joke that Jimmy can’t get enough of, why was that so funny?

Donnelly that, none of my comedian friends don’t find it funny either. Oh, and I almost forgot, when my other friends tell me that they find him funny I just assume they are messing with me. There. Did I do it right?

But seriously I don’t find Otto funny.

Huh, I thought his wormiest moment had to do with a Kickstarter that stole $60,000 from fans and the stupid trinkets he never sent out.

But then I realized his wormiest moment was his seething at DL Hughley, complete with death stare, all because the guy MOTHERFUCKED him, that scccuuummmmmmbbbaaagggg.

And THEN it hit me that he got a young girl drunk and *allegedly* took advantage of her! That right there, that's pretty wormy.

Him fawning over MMA guys (all are complete bores) defending porn whores and having them as guests (equally as boring) and not defending Louis need to be thrown on the pile too

Anthony's fisting mudslide joke was also not that funny. But Norton laughed like someone just hit his stomach with a steel bat and he could no longer breathe. Hardest Norton laughed on the show was the poker chips and the drunk driving PSA where the guy pancakes all those kids. Norton was just one of those guys where sometimes he would laugh himself into wheezing.

But seriously I don’t find Otto funny.

Dice stole his dirty nursery rhymes from Sam Kinison as well as his edgy "I get laid with lots of women" act. He also lifted some other dirty poems from Rodney Rude pretty much verbatim. Difference was that Sam, despite being incredibly ugly, was literally nailing celebrities, models, and a pair of sisters. So Kinison's act worked because it was actually based on his insane and bizarre personal relationships with various women.

Dice's entire act was fake like his name. Kinison used to call Dice 'Silverstein' to mock that he was a jew. Sam's brother has tapes of Sam doing basically what became Dice's entire act well before anyone had ever heard of either Dice or Kinison. Dice even dressed like Sam and copied his goofy outfits. The real Dice is the total wuss that would bow out of O&A arguments like a sissy. Opie once spoke to Dice personally over the phone and invited him on the show to make up. But in reality the show that day had the Gay Off contest and Opie made sure that Dice's interview 'accidentally' coincided with random O&A listeners basically having gay sex in the studio. Dice walked out disgusted while everyone laughed.

Guys like Denis Leary, Robin Williams, Dice, etc. pretty much stole every possible joke that they did from other comics. This was talked about on O&A a lot. But comics will forgive joke stealing if they can get money or fame. Like everyone ignoring Dane Cook's thievery or Mencia or Amy Pig Schumer. Rogan would talk about comics just pillaging standup specials and CDs for jokes without even changing the words like it was nothing. Jay Morh used to steal bits for his act or for SNL. South Park once stole an entire episode from College Humor.

At the risk of coming off autistic(moreso), I'll explain this joke as I understand it. The lead-up to Otto's punchline is a detailed description of how the lady took all this time and care to doll herself up and make comfortable for her suicide, then Otto says something so extremely vulgar and outrageous as the final act she performed, after all this delicate arranging of hair and costuming and whatnot. It's the contrast of this scene of Old Hollywood class and dignity with a senile old bat stuffing her cunt and asshole full of dry hay.
If you still don't find that funny (and after me explaining it like that how could you possibly), then fair enough. Hopefully you do understand why I find it funny.
