Excess weight is very aging. The only sense in which his face is baby-like is that it’s fat. His skin is losing its battle with gravity and alcohol has dehydrated the shit out of it too. The jaundiced eyes aren’t exactly giving him a youthful look either.
His “baby face” is from eating junk, Tom Cruise to look young for Risky Business purposely ate a lot of candy / fried food before filming started. Pigs head growing so large in a short time is something I’ve never seen. He doesn’t even have a neck anymore.
He couldn’t even try to claim the camera adds ten pounds, it’s only the aspect ratio that makes him look fat according to the fat man. It’s like when he said he’s not fat but just has fat on his face because he purposely put it there for the winter. It’s summer, stupid!
Alcohol is extremely bloating too. It also damages the stomach lining, so Pat has ulcers to look forward to if he doesn’t already have them.
